Penn Cycle Puoli Fat Tire Loppet

The Penn Cycle Puoli Fat Tire Loppet provides a once-a-year chance to ride your fat tire bike on the groomed Loppet Trail. Fat Tire bikes are otherwise not allowed on the snow covered, groomed trail system and mountain bikes or other non-fat tire bikes are never allowed.
Like the Marathon Fat Tire event, the course starts in Uptown and finishes at Loppet Village in Wirth Park, but the Puoli course skips some of the toughest riding in between and is only 18K long.
The Puoli Fat Tire Loppet generally follows the “red” course – with one deviation. Fat Tire bikes are not allowed in the Eloise Butler quadrant of Wirth Park. There will be signage and course marshals to direct bikers, but bikers are responsible for knowing the course.
