DESCRIPTION:Capital Off Road Pathfinders\, CORP has partnered with Loft & Shove to bring you the premiere WORS event of 2019.  Loft & Shove is a MTB race team that is working to create the best experience possible for all in attendance.  This is not a typical WORS event; it is so much more than that and it starts with *UNIQUE RACE START TIMES*.  CORP is working to build CamRock Park into one of the true gems of Wisconsin mountain biking. CORP is an IMBA-affiliated volunteer organization that builds and maintains all of the off-road cycling trails in and around Dane County. \nLoft & Shove is creating a race to remember.  Not only will the Battle of CamRock have unique race start times\, we will also have music\, inflatable play areas for the kids\, lots of food and large cash prizes for all classes and other big time prizes including a bike give away to one of the Citizen\, Sport or Comp overall podium winners. We have a great race course and a separate race course just for the kids all within a festival atmosphere at beautiful CamRock County Park. Bring the family and prepare for a day of fun for all. Or come for the pre-ride and Saturday festivities and make a weekend of it with onsite camping or lodging right in town. \nThe trail system at CamRock is an awesome blend of wide and fast flowing single-track that runs through open fields of prairie grass\, wooded single-track with bermed turns and more technical singletrack with a touch of roots and rocks. The Battle of CamRock will be fun and challenging for all levels\, Citizen to Elite\, with fun single-track\, great downhill\, feed zones and\, of course\, the sprint to the finish.

SUMMARY:WORS Iola Bump and Jump
DESCRIPTION:The Iola Bump and Jump race course evolves a little each year based on racer input\, rider and spectator safety\, and the condition of individual sections of the track. However\, the overall character that makes this course a favorite of many remains constant. The start loop that takes racers up and around the back side of Iola’s 40 & 60 meter ski jumps and then drops back down past the lodge into the jump bowl may be the best lead-out in all of WORS.  In addition\, several minor singletrack modifications have been made to improve the racing experience for all.  For the youngest novice racers\, the Bump & Jump’s Kids Race course provides an opportunity for them to expand their skills. \nWith the start and finish areas near the ski jumping bowl\, the Bump and Jump offers spectators many fantastic opportunities to view their favorite riders.  A post-race spaghetti dinner will be provided free of charge to all racers by the Iola Winter Sports Club\, with other concessions available in the ski chalet.

DESCRIPTION:#berelentless \nStarted in 2017 Ridin’ for RhizoKids is an organization dedicated to raising awareness of the genetic disorder\, Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata (RCDP).  We exist to raise funds for clinical trials and research to find a cure for these sweet children.\n  \nOUR MISSION\nRidin’ for RhizoKids originally started as a 10 day 100 mile virtual bicycle ride for RCDP which is done on your own time and at your location all over the world.  It has now become a “circus of exercise” with people road biking\, mountain biking\, doing Peloton\, stationary biking\, walking\, running\, hiking\, swimming as well as other types of exercise.  Our participants think in terms of 100 miles in 10 days or maybe 100 minutes in 10 days as there are less than 100 children afflicted with this genetic disorder known as Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata. \nAll contributions go directly to RhizoKids International and are tax deductible plus you receive a “cool” looking t-shirt! \n  \nhttps://www.facebook.com/ridinrhizokids/ \nhttps://www.ridinforrhizokids.com/

SUMMARY:Wisconsin Bike Fed - Spring Classic Series - Holland to the Cut
DESCRIPTION:Coulee Bicycle Company of Onalaska is teaming up with The Bike Fed and Red Pines Restaurant in Brice Prairie to host a ride through the Town of Holland to the famed Mindoro Cut and back. This is a fun 55 mile ride. For those not familiar\, The Mindoro Cut is over 100 years old and is the second deepest cut built by hand in the Western Hemisphere. We will depart from Red Pines at 1:00 and ride to the top of The Cut after passing through New Amsterdam and Mindoro\, returning part of the way back on the same route in case some riders prefer a shorter alternative. The entire route will be “road marked”. We will have water placed along the route at two locations. Along the way\, we will also enjoy some of the most scenic coulees of the Driftless Region. After the ride\, all are welcome to refuel at The Red Pines Restaurant. Join Julie Evans Diermeier\, David Schlabowske\, Robbie Young and me as we ride our way to happiness! Approximately 100 folks joined us last year. Spread the word!

If possible\, we encourage customers to pre-order on our website englewoodgrassfarm.com and we will have your order ready for pickup when you get here (mention pick at the race for 5% discount).\nCamping is $10 for tents and $15 for campers on Friday and Saturday night (onetime fee for either or both nights). New for 2019\, we will be offering premium campsites centrally located within the race grounds for teams to set up\, contact us for pricing and availability.\nPre-riding the course will start at 3 pm Friday and end when the Trail Run begins.

DESCRIPTION:The Dairy Roubaix is a one day unsupported gravel grinder starting and ending at the Hugh Harper Group Camp at Wyalusing State Park in Southwest Wisconsin.  Running each year since 2011\, this event has become a Wisconsin cycling tradition and a chance to reunite with old friends in a relaxed atmosphere. \n​Entry is free to all\, but registration is limited.  We do accept and encourage donations to support the event and it’s organization’s good works.  Starting 2016\, this organization is Vernon Trails Org – a group of folks building single track trail networks in and around Vernon County\, Wisconsin.
